Chip Ross, Chief Executive Officer of Devon Medical Products, communicated the deal closed on November 16th 2016.
The company plans to capitalize on its manufacturing and design expertise and long standing customer relationships while expanding into new global markets. Devon Medical Products has seen rapid growth in the deep vein thrombosis(DVT), lymphedema and negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT) therapeutic categories.
